1. Eligibility

  • Servers, channels, messages, voice chats, and media are user-generated

  • We do not actively monitor all communications

Private messages are not publicly visible but may be accessed to comply with legal obligations or enforce these Terms.

6. Moderation & Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

  • Remove or restrict content

  • Suspend or terminate accounts

  • Restrict access to features

These actions may occur with or without notice if we believe there is a violation of these Terms or a risk to the community.

7. Paid Features (If Applicable)

If the Service includes subscriptions, boosts, or premium features:
